the inevitability
of death
to live your
best life
We are all going to die.
We know that to be true, yet the typical attitude towards death is to avoid talking or thinking about it.
What if I told you that there are benefits to pondering this not so popular subject?
From a practical point of view, you can plan and let others know what you want to happen when you die.
From an emotional/spiritual point of view, you might end up having better relationships and become a better person if you consider that your end could be near.
And suppose you weave the good stuff (adventures, your hobby, spending time with loved ones etc) into everyday life. In that case, you can experience contentment and satisfaction along the way, rather than thinking of happiness as a far away goal.
How can we go about it?
Well, that is what this website is all about. I aim to open your mind to different opinions, practices, tools and strategies to help you make the best out of life and hopefully die without regrets.
